How far in advance should I book a colour appointment?

For anything beyond a simple root touch-up, two to three weeks ahead is realistic, especially for balayage slots on Fridays and Saturdays — those book out fastest.

Do you use ammonia-free colour?

For the majority of our colour range, yes, though a handful of vivid or lift-heavy colour corrections still need traditional formulas to actually work — we'll always explain which applies before starting.

Can I bring a reference photo?

Please do — genuinely the single most useful thing a client can bring, far more useful than a verbal description, even a good one.

What if I hate it?

It happens rarely, but if something's genuinely not right within a few days, come back in and we'll fix it at no charge — that's not a marketing line, it's just how we've always handled it.
